How do I prepare a client for their first Styku body scan appointment?
Overview
Proper pre-appointment preparation ensures the client can begin scanning immediately and that all required purchases and account setup are completed before they arrive.
Steps / Details
- Ask the client to download the Styku mobile app before their appointment and create their account in the app.
- Ensure the client has purchased a Preventative Body Scan using your affiliate link before the appointment.
- If a client has not purchased a Preventative Body Scan, they will only receive a standard 3D body scan and will not be able to view their Health Screen results.
- On the day of the appointment, open Styku Studio on your tablet or laptop. A QR code will appear on the home screen.
- Have the client scan the QR code with their phone's camera app. This launches the Styku mobile app, where they authenticate and confirm their identity.
- Authentication automatically logs the client into Styku Studio on your device.

- The QR code login is both fast and secure — no manual credential entry is required on the operator's device.
- The Styku mobile app is covered in greater detail in a separate module.
- Clients who have not purchased a Preventative Body Scan will see a prompt to continue with a standard scan. Redirect them to purchase before proceeding if Health Screen results are required.
