How do I order accessories or replacement parts for my Styku scanner?
All Styku accessories and replacement parts are ordered through the Styku Business Portal. Submit a support ticket, describe what you need and your shipping address, and support will send you an invoice by email.

**Turntable rubber mat cover** | Non-slip surface on top of the turntable. $300 + shipping.
**Camera tower carrying bag** | Travel/carrying bag for the camera tower. Available separately. Price + shipping quoted on request.
**Turntable USB cable** | Full-featured data cable connecting turntable to laptop.
**Turntable AC/DC power adapter** | Power supply for the turntable.
**Laptop stand** | Stand used to position the scanning laptop.
**Positioning mat** | Floor mat that indicates turntable placement and client foot position.
For items not listed above, describe what you need in your support ticket and the team can confirm availability and pricing.
How to order
- Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
- Submit a support ticket using the ticket form.
- Include:
- The item(s) you need
- Your shipping address
- Your scanner model (if known)
- Support will reply with an invoice sent to your email. Payment is completed through the invoice link.
Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and included in the invoice.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
