How do I open a client profile and load scans in Styku Studio?
Overview
Administrators and scan operators use the Styku Studio software to open client profiles and review 3D body scans. Access to profiles is protected by a shared admin PIN to keep client data secure.
Steps
Launch Styku Studio. The home screen displays a QR code for clients to check in.
Log in as an admin. At the bottom of the home screen, select Continue as Admin. Enter your shared admin PIN when prompted.
- If you have not set up a PIN yet, use your admin email and password to create one. This is typically done during onboarding.
Open a client profile. Press the Open Profile button. Search for the client by name or email address.
- Profile names are hidden by default. There is a setting in Styku Studio to make names visible if preferred.
Select the client and continue. Highlight the correct profile from the search results and press Continue.
Choose a scan to open. The next screen lists all scans associated with that profile. Select the scan you want to review and open it.
Notes
- Only team members with the shared admin PIN can access profiles, review scans, and adjust scanner settings. Keep this PIN restricted to authorized staff.
- When reviewing a baseline scan with a new client, start with their earliest scan.
- Clients can also access their own scan data independently through the Styku mobile app.
