How do I navigate the Dashboard after a client scan?

Overview

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after completing a scan. It serves as your main summary page for reviewing a client's results and is the recommended starting point for any client consultation.

Steps / Details

  1. Open the Dashboard. The Dashboard loads automatically after a scan completes. If a client has more than one scan on file, their two most recent scans are displayed side-by-side so you can see progress at a glance—no manual selection required.

  2. Load additional scans (optional). If you want to compare scans beyond the two most recent:

    • Tap Select Scans
    • Choose the scans you want to analyze
    • Tap Load
  3. Review the Circumferential Change Summary. The top section of the Dashboard highlights the body regions that have changed the most in circumference. Use this as a natural starting point for the results conversation—it immediately focuses attention on the areas with the greatest visible progress.

  4. Review the Shape Score card. Shape Score summarizes overall body shape health in a single number. It is calculated from three components:

    • Body fat percentage
    • Muscle-fat index
    • Waist-to-height ratio

Click into the Shape Score to see a trend line over time and drill into each component individually. If the score has changed, the component view quickly identifies which factor drove the shift.

  5. Review Key Biometrics. Scroll down to see primary measurements including weight, body fat percentage, lean mass, and waist circumference, among others. Colored tags next to some values indicate when a measurement falls into a higher- or lower-risk category based on published research. Click any metric to open a detailed view with a definition, percentile comparison, and trend line.

  6. Review Cross Sections. Scroll to the Cross Sections section to see circumference changes at the chest, waist, abdomen, hips, and other key regions. Click any card to open a detailed view with a top-down visual comparison of before and after scans, plus a trend line showing direction and magnitude of change. This is useful for clients whose weight has not changed much but who have experienced body composition shifts.

  7. Review Posture metrics. Focus on Shoulder Shift and Hip Shift, which measure left-to-right deviations from the shoulders, hips, and ankles. When multiple scans are loaded, selecting either metric displays a trends graph indicating movement toward or away from center (zero). Deviations outside the normal range may indicate elevated risk of pain or injury related to body misalignment.

Notes

  • A client with only one scan will not have trend data or side-by-side comparison views. This is expected behavior—encourage follow-up scans to unlock trend features.
  • Colored risk tags are risk estimations based on published scientific research. They are not diagnoses and should be framed as conversation starters, not clinical findings.
  • Small postural asymmetries are considered normal based on analysis of thousands of scans and review of the scientific literature.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the client profile name, the number of scans on file, and a description of what the Dashboard is or is not displaying.
