How do I use my HealthPass Affiliate Link and QR code to manage bookings?
After completing HealthPass sign-up, you receive a unique Affiliate Link and a matching QR code by email. Together they handle presentation, booking, and payment in one place. All purchases made through your link or QR code are automatically attributed to your location and credited to your connected Stripe account.

Setting up your Affiliate Link
- Locate your Affiliate Link and QR code — both are emailed to you after HealthPass sign-up is complete.
- Pin your Affiliate Link to the browser on the device used for consultations or point-of-sale interactions (e.g., the computer or tablet connected to your Styku system, or your front desk workstation).
- The single link serves as your presentation tool, booking page, and payment portal.
In-person bookings
For walk-ins and consultations where staff is engaged with the client:
- Open the Affiliate Link with the customer present.
- Walk them through the HealthPass overview on the page.
- Let the customer complete booking and payment directly from that page.
Clients can pay using standard credit/debit, or HSA / FSA cards — using pre-tax health dollars can meaningfully increase conversion. Once the scan is completed on your Styku unit, your business is credited for the transaction.
Self-service bookings
For clients who book on their own time:
- Email the Affiliate Link directly to existing clients to invite them to purchase a Preventative Body Scan or HealthPass Annual Membership.
- Display the QR code in a visible location at your facility (front desk, waiting area, treatment rooms, marketing materials) so walk-in clients can scan with their phone.
- QR codes can also be added to printed materials, social media, and digital channels.
When a customer books independently through your Affiliate Link or QR code, the system sends a notification email to your location so your team can reach out to schedule the scan appointment. Revenue is still attributed to you.
Scan results delivery
After the client completes their scan on your Styku unit:
- Results are delivered to the client's Styku mobile app immediately.
- Results are also visible on your Styku Studio tablet or laptop.
Notes
- Always use your own unique Affiliate Link and QR code. Do not share another location's link — revenue attribution depends on the specific link used.
