How do I get training for the Styku Studio V5 software update and access past scan reports?

If you've updated to Styku Studio V5 and aren't sure how to use the new features or find past scan reports, training resources are available through the Styku Business Portal. If self-serve training doesn't fully resolve your questions, Styku's support team can schedule a one-on-one onboarding session with you.

Step 1: Access the V5 Training Course

Styku provides a full video training course for Studio V5 through the Business Portal.

  1. Go to www.styku.com/portal and log in with your Styku account credentials.
  2. Look for the Styku Studio V5 Training Course section on the portal dashboard.
  3. Click through to begin the instructional videos.

Step 2: Share Training Access with Your Team

If you need your staff to complete the training as well, you can invite them to your Business Portal account.

  1. Log in to www.styku.com/portal.
  2. Navigate to Account Management and select Invite Team Member.
  3. Enter each team member's email address to send them an invitation.
  4. If a team member doesn't receive the invitation email, they can register directly at www.styku.com/welcome.
