How do I get my business listed on the Styku location maps?
Your business is listed on Styku's public location maps automatically — no ticket or support request is needed. Once your scanner license is activated and you perform your first scan, your location will appear on all three Styku maps.
The three Styku location maps

All three maps display the same information from your Styku account. By default, new locations appear on all three maps.
How to get listed
- Activate your scanner license — your license key must be active in the Styku Business Portal.
- Perform your first scan — scan a client using Styku Studio. This registers scan activity at your location.
- Wait up to 24 hours — the maps update on a daily cycle. Your location will appear after the next update.
No form to fill out, no ticket to submit.
Staying listed
Once you are on the maps, your listing stays active as long as at least one scan is performed every 30 days. If your scanner goes 30 days without a scan, your location is removed automatically. Resume scanning and your listing will reappear after the next daily map update.

Updating your business name or address
If you need to update the business name or address shown on the maps, contact Styku Support through the Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name, the address of your scanner location, the date of your most recent scan, and confirmation that your scanner license is active in the Business Portal.
