How do I get a copy of my Styku training certificate?

If you completed your Styku training but never received your certificate — or can't find it — Styku support can look up your training record and resend it. You'll just need to provide the email address you used when you completed the training.

What to do

  1. Locate the email address you used when you completed your Styku training. This is the address your certificate will be sent to.
  2. Contact Styku support by submitting a ticket through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
  3. In your message, include your name, your business name, and the email address you used to complete the training.
  4. A support agent will look up your training record and resend your certificate to that email address.

Tips

  • Check your spam or junk folder — certificate emails can sometimes be filtered automatically.
  • If you completed training under a different email address than your current one, make sure to mention both addresses in your support request.
  • Support response time is within 1 business day.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your full name, business name, and the email address used to complete the Styku training.
