How do I get a copy of my Styku training certificate?
If you completed your Styku training but never received your certificate — or can't find it — Styku support can look up your training record and resend it. You'll just need to provide the email address you used when you completed the training.
What to do
- Locate the email address you used when you completed your Styku training. This is the address your certificate will be sent to.
- Contact Styku support by submitting a ticket through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
- In your message, include your name, your business name, and the email address you used to complete the training.
- A support agent will look up your training record and resend your certificate to that email address.
Tips
- Check your spam or junk folder — certificate emails can sometimes be filtered automatically.
- If you completed training under a different email address than your current one, make sure to mention both addresses in your support request.
- Support response time is within 1 business day.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: your full name, business name, and the email address used to complete the Styku training.
