How do I find a client's scan profile and email their report in Styku Studio?
You can find any client's scan profile directly in Styku Studio by using the View Profile Only section (admin access required). From there, you can load their scans and share reports by email, print, or export. This takes just a few steps.
Step 1: Open the Client's Profile in Styku Studio
- Launch Styku Studio on your scanner laptop.
- From the main screen, tap View Profile Only.
- Enter your Admin PIN when prompted.
- Select Open Profile, then use the search bar to find your client by name or email address.
- Select the client from the list to load their profile.
- Choose the scan (or scans) you want to review or report on — selected scans will load in the analysis view.
Note: In Styku Studio V5, the client must log in to their scan profile prior to scanning — this is not the scanner administrator, but the person who will be scanned. If a client's profile has an incorrect email address or other wrong information, you can correct it via Settings > Customer Profiles and Scan Data > Edit Profile while logged in as an administrator. Administrators can also create client profiles before scanning by going to Settings → Customer Profiles and Scan Data → Create Profile (requires email, first name, last name, birthday, sex, and height). Clients can also create their accounts ahead of time using the Styku mobile app and then log in at the scanner using the QR code option.
Step 2: Generate and Share the Report
Once you have the client's scan loaded, you have several options to share it:
- Email — Send the report directly to the client from within Styku Studio.
- Print — Print a physical copy of the report.
- Export — Save the report data in a shareable format.

Viewing Reports on a Mobile Device
Your clients can also view their own scan results anytime using the Styku mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once a scan is synced, clients can log in and see their 3D body model, measurements, and progress on their own device — no action needed from you.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: your Styku Studio software version, the name or email of the client profile you are trying to locate, a description of what happens when you search (e.g., no results appear, profile loads but reports fail to send), and whether you are seeing any error messages on screen.
