How do I edit a client's profile in the Styku Mobile App?

There are two ways to edit a client's profile: operators can edit profiles directly in Styku Studio, or clients can update their own information through the Styku mobile app.

Option 1: Operator Edits a Profile in Styku Studio

  1. Open Settings in Styku Studio.
  2. Select Customer Profiles and Scan Data.
  3. Log in as an administrator.
  4. Select Edit Profile.
  5. Choose the client's profile, make the needed changes, and save.

Option 2: Client Edits Their Own Profile in the Mobile App

Clients need the Styku Mobile App installed on their device. It's available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Once they're logged in:

  1. Open the Styku Mobile App.
  2. Tap the initials icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Profile Information.
  4. Make the needed changes and save.

Note: Clients can also create their account ahead of time in the Styku Mobile App before coming in for their first scan. When they arrive, they can log in directly to their account using the QR code option in Styku Studio software — this is the fastest, easiest way to log in and start scanning.

If you are unable to edit a profile using either method above, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal. Include the client's full name, their email address on file, and a description of the changes needed.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the client's full name, the email address currently on file for that profile, a description of what information needs to be changed, and any error messages seen in the app.
