How do I download and view my Styku scan report on a mobile device?

There are two ways to access your Styku scan results on a mobile device: the Styku mobile app, which gives you ongoing access to all your scans in one place, or downloading the PDF report from the email your gym sent after your session.

Option 1 — Styku Mobile App (Recommended)

The Styku mobile app is the best way to view your scan history on your phone. It gives you access to your 3D body model, measurements, and progress over time — no link required.

Download the app:

Getting started:

  1. Download and open the Styku app.
  2. Sign in using the same email address you gave the gym when you were scanned.
  3. Your scan history will appear automatically — no manual import needed.

Tip: If you set up your Styku account ahead of time, your gym can scan you even faster by having you log in via the QR code option in Styku Studio when you arrive.

Option 2 — Download the PDF Report from Email

After each scan session, Styku sends an email to the address on your profile with a link to your report. Follow these steps to open it on your phone:

  1. Open your email app and find the Styku results email. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't see it.
  2. Tap the link in the email to open your report.
  3. If prompted, tap Download to save the file.
  4. If the link opens a blank page (common on iPhone with Safari), see: I can't view my scan report because the link is broken.
  5. Tap the downloaded file to open and view your report.

Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on your device and browser. If you have trouble opening the file, make sure your device has a PDF viewer installed, or try opening the link in Google Chrome.


If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: the email address associated with your Styku profile, the type of device and browser you are using, and a description of where in the process the issue occurred.
