How do I create a Styku mobile app account?

The Styku mobile app is free to download. When you open it for the first time, you will be guided through creating and verifying an account that links all of your past and future scan data to a single profile.

How to download the app

There are two ways to get the Styku mobile app:

  • QR code in Styku Studio: Open Styku Studio on the scanner laptop. A QR code is displayed on-screen that, when scanned with a mobile device, takes you directly to the app store download page.
  • Search the app store directly: Search for Styku on the Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android). The app is free.

What you need to create an account

During account setup you will be asked to provide:

  • Email address — used to link your account to your scan history
  • Verification code — sent automatically to your email; you will enter it to confirm your address
  • Phone number — a verification code is also sent by text to confirm your number
  • Full name
  • Password
  • Personal information for accurate body metrics: birthday, height, sex at birth, menopause status (if applicable), ethnicity, and birth country
  • Unit preference — Imperial (inches and pounds) or Metric (centimetres and kilograms)

Important: returning clients must use the same email address

If you have been scanned with Styku before, use the same email address that was on file during your scan. Creating an account with a different email address will start a new separate profile, and your past scan history will not be visible.
