How do I change the email address that receives my Styku invoices and receipts?

You cannot update your billing email address directly — a Styku support agent must make this change for you. Simply contact support with your requested new email address, and the change will apply to all future invoices and receipts.

What to Expect

  • The update is made on the Styku billing side and applies to all future invoices and receipts.
  • The change does not affect your Styku Business Portal login or any other account settings.
  • Past receipts already sent to the old address are not affected.

How to Request the Change

  1. Log in to your Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and open a support ticket.
  2. In your message, include:
    • Your business name
    • The current billing email address (if known)
    • The new email address you want invoices and receipts sent to
  3. A support agent will update the billing email and confirm the change by reply.

Styku aims to respond within 1 business day.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name, the new billing email address you requested, the date you submitted your original request, and a copy of any confirmation email you received from the support team.
