How do I change my Styku subscription plan?

You cannot change your subscription plan yourself through the Business Portal — the change must be made by the Styku support team. Contact support, confirm the plan you want, and pay the invoice to activate your new plan.

What changes when you switch plans

Upgrading (e.g., Access → Elite): additional module tabs appear in Styku Studio as soon as the new plan activates. No reinstallation required.

Downgrading (e.g., Elite → Access): module tabs not included in the lower plan will no longer appear in Styku Studio. Scan data is retained — only the data views tied to removed modules become inaccessible. Review which modules your business actively uses before requesting a downgrade.

How to request a plan change

  1. Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
  2. Submit a support ticket using the ticket form.
  3. State whether you want to upgrade or downgrade, and which plan you are moving to.
  4. A support agent will confirm the plan details and any feature changes, then send you an invoice.
  5. Pay the invoice. Your new plan typically takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you are not double-billed.

Discounts

Styku does not offer standard promotional discounts on subscription plans. Discount requests are reviewed case by case — mention any specific circumstances in your support ticket. If low scan volume is the underlying concern, a Customer Success Manager can help you get more value from your scanner before committing to a plan change.

Early cancellation

If changing plans requires ending your current subscription term early, Styku's Early Cancellation policy applies: no refunds on prepaid or unused subscription fees, and all unpaid fees through the end of your current term become immediately due.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name, the plan you are currently on, the plan you want to move to, and your preferred effective date.
