How do I activate the Styku software and set up my account on the X2L?

Overview

After connecting all hardware, you need to activate the Styku software, create your account, and complete onboarding before you can begin scanning clients. Your license keys are printed on the first page of your setup guide — keep them in a safe place.

Steps

  1. Power on the laptop. Once startup is complete, double-click the Styku shortcut on the desktop to launch the software.
  2. Select your preferred software language and press Next.
  3. Accept the Terms of Use to continue.
  4. Press Create Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Open a web browser and go to www.styku.com/welcome to create your Styku business portal account.
  6. Complete all onboarding steps in the portal, including:
    • Attending a welcome webinar
    • Completing both Styku Certification courses

Notes

  • Your license keys (printed on the cover page of the setup guide) are required for activation. Do not lose them.
  • Onboarding, training, and support resources are available free of charge through your business portal account.
  • The Styku software supports multiple languages — choose the one that best fits your location and client base.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your license key(s), the step where activation failed, and any error messages displayed.
