How do I access the recording of a Styku training or feature webinar I missed?

Webinar recordings for Styku training and feature sessions are available through the Styku Business Portal. If you missed a live webinar, you can find the recording there, or contact the support team and they will send you a direct link.

Find a Webinar Recording in the Business Portal

  1. Log in to the Styku Business Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Training section.
  3. Browse the available recordings and select the webinar you are looking for.

Can't Find the Recording You're Looking For?

If you cannot locate a specific recording in the portal, contact the Styku support team and let them know:

  • The name of the webinar (for example, "Styku Health Assess")
  • The approximate date it was held

The support team will send you a direct link to the recording.

How to Contact Support

Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and submit a support ticket using the ticket form. Expect a response within one business day.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the name of the webinar you are looking for and the approximate date it was held.
