How do I access the recording of a Styku training or feature webinar I missed?
Webinar recordings for Styku training and feature sessions are available through the Styku Business Portal. If you missed a live webinar, you can find the recording there, or contact the support team and they will send you a direct link.
Find a Webinar Recording in the Business Portal
- Log in to the Styku Business Portal.
- Navigate to the Training section.
- Browse the available recordings and select the webinar you are looking for.
Can't Find the Recording You're Looking For?
If you cannot locate a specific recording in the portal, contact the Styku support team and let them know:
- The name of the webinar (for example, "Styku Health Assess")
- The approximate date it was held
The support team will send you a direct link to the recording.
How to Contact Support
Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and submit a support ticket using the ticket form. Expect a response within one business day.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: the name of the webinar you are looking for and the approximate date it was held.
