How do clients delete their own scans in the Styku mobile app?

There are two ways to delete a scan: operators can delete scans directly in Styku Studio, or clients can delete their own scans through the Styku mobile app.

Option 1: Operator Deletes a Scan in Styku Studio

  1. Open Settings in Styku Studio.
  2. Select Customer Profiles and Scan Data.
  3. Log in as an administrator.
  4. Select Delete Scan.
  5. Choose the scan to remove and confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Client Deletes a Scan in the Styku Mobile App

Have your client follow these steps on their phone:

  1. Open the Styku mobile app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
  2. Tap their initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap View Scans.
  4. Select the scan they want to remove.
  5. Tap Remove Scan.

What if my client can't delete the scan themselves?

If a client is unable to access the mobile app, the operator can delete the scan directly in Styku Studio using Option 1 above. If you need further assistance, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal with the client's email address and the date of the scan.


If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the client's email address, the date of the scan that needs to be removed, and a description of any error or issue the client encountered in the mobile app.
