How do clients delete their own scans in the Styku mobile app?
There are two ways to delete a scan: operators can delete scans directly in Styku Studio, or clients can delete their own scans through the Styku mobile app.
Option 1: Operator Deletes a Scan in Styku Studio
- Open Settings in Styku Studio.
- Select Customer Profiles and Scan Data.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Select Delete Scan.
- Choose the scan to remove and confirm the deletion.
Option 2: Client Deletes a Scan in the Styku Mobile App
Have your client follow these steps on their phone:
- Open the Styku mobile app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
- Tap their initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap View Scans.
- Select the scan they want to remove.
- Tap Remove Scan.
What if my client can't delete the scan themselves?
If a client is unable to access the mobile app, the operator can delete the scan directly in Styku Studio using Option 1 above. If you need further assistance, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal with the client's email address and the date of the scan.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: the client's email address, the date of the scan that needs to be removed, and a description of any error or issue the client encountered in the mobile app.
