How can I see progress measurements and send a progress report using some, but not all scans in a scan profile?

How can I see progress measurements and send a progress report using some, but not all scans in a scan profile?

By default, Styku includes all scans in a profile when generating a Progress Report or displaying the Trends view. The Progress Restriction setting lets you select specific scans to include instead.

Steps

  1. Press the Settings button to open the Settings menu.
  2. Scroll down and choose Reports and Sharing.
  3. Press the Advanced tab at the top of the window.
  4. Enter your administrator credentials to log in.
  5. Press the switch next to Progress Restriction to enable the feature. The switch turns red when active.
  6. Close the Settings window. Open a client profile and select only the scans you want to include. When you open the Trends view or generate a Progress Report, only those loaded scans will be used.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: your Styku Studio software version and a description of which scans are appearing in the report unexpectedly.

Applies to: Styku Studio, all Styku scanner configurations
