After signing in, you can browse sample scan data the same way a real client would. This includes:

• A 3D body model you can rotate and view from any angle — press and drag left or right to rotate, drag up or down to pan, and pinch with two fingers to zoom in or out
• Body measurements and how they change over time
• Visual progress comparisons between scans
• Health risk indicators and body composition data

Note: Clients Can Also Create Their Own Accounts Ahead of Time

Your customers can create their Styku accounts before coming in for their first scan by downloading the Styku mobile app and registering there. When they arrive to scan, they can log in directly to their account using the QR code option in the Styku Studio software — the fastest and easiest way to log in and start scanning. Administrators can also create client profiles before scanning by going to Settings → Customer Profiles and Scan Data → Create Profile (requires email, first name, last name, birthday, sex, and height).

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the device type and OS version you are using (e.g., iPhone 14, iOS 17), the app version installed, and a description or screenshot of any error message you see when attempting to log in.
