How can I arrange a staff training walkthrough or demo for my Styku system?

If your team has changed or the Styku software has been updated, Styku support can schedule a live walkthrough session tailored to your staff. You can also access self-service training resources any time through the Styku Business Portal.

Option 1: Schedule a Live Walkthrough with Styku Support

Contact Styku support to request a personalized training session. A support team member will coordinate a time that works for your staff and can focus the session on the topics most relevant to you.

When you reach out, it helps to include:

  • Your preferred days and times for the session
  • The topics you'd like covered (for example: scanning workflow, reading reports, new features in the latest software update, setting up member profiles)
  • Your business name and scanner location

Option 2: Self-Service Training Resources

If you'd like your staff to get up to speed right away, Styku offers on-demand training through the Styku Business Portal. All plans include access to the following:

Styku Academy (All Plans)

  • Online Certification Courses with 24/7 access, digital certificates, quizzes, and progress tracking
    • Course 1: 13 lessons covering Software Features, Scan Analysis, and Reports
    • Course 2: 12 lessons covering Health Assessments and Body Composition
  • Upon passing Course 2, you will receive a certification code to unlock the Advanced Body Composition Model on your system

Weekly Orientations (All Plans)

Styku offers weekly orientations at rotating times and days to introduce staff to the Styku 3D Body Scanner and the Business Portal. These are a recommended starting point for new team members.

To access these resources:

  1. Log in to the Styku Business Portal (this is separate from your Styku Studio administrator account)
  2. Navigate to the Training section
  3. Browse available courses, guides, and upcoming orientation dates

How to Contact Support

  • Business Portal: Submit a support ticket through the portal's ticket form — this is the fastest way to reach the team
  • Styku support is available 24/7 globally

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name and scanner location, your preferred days and times for a walkthrough, and any specific topics or features you want the session to cover.
