Refund and Cancellation Policy
Scan Packages
- Scan packages are eligible for a refund only if a scan has not yet been performed
- Once a scan is completed, no refunds are offered due to the nature of providing a detailed health screen analysis
At-Home Blood Test Kits
- Orders for at-home blood test kits may not be cancelled or refunded
- Styku cannot accept returned or unused kits
- If you received your order and do not wish to use it, please dispose of the kit
At-Home Blood Test Kit Issues
I received the wrong kit
If you received a different kit than what you ordered, contact: labs@styku.com — Styku will send you the correct kit.
My kit arrived damaged
If your kit arrived damaged, send proof of damage to: labs@styku.com — You will receive a replacement kit.
The lab was unable to process my sample
If the lab cannot process your sample due to improper collection, you are eligible for a replacement kit.
