Does Styku offer staff training or certification programs for the scanner?

Yes, Styku offers training programs for staff members who operate the scanner. These are available through the Styku Business Portal and cover scanning procedures, reading body composition results, and using the Styku Studio software. Any staff member you want to train will need access to the portal. All Styku plans include access to Styku Academy and support unlimited staff accounts in the Business Portal.

Step 1: Set Up Your Styku Business Portal Account

If you don't already have a Business Portal account, you'll need to create one first.

  1. Go to www.styku.com/welcome to register.
  2. Wait approximately one minute after registering.
  3. Log in at www.styku.com/portal.

Step 2: Find the Training Programs

  1. Once logged in, scroll down to the Training & Education section.
  2. Select the Styku Academy option.

You can also access training directly at styku.com/stykustudioedu using your Business Portal credentials.

Step 3: Invite Staff Members to Complete Training

  1. Navigate to the Account Management tab in the portal.
  2. Use the invite option to add the staff members you want to complete the training.

What the Training Covers

Styku Academy includes two courses, available 24/7 with digital certificates, quizzes, and progress tracking:

  • Course 1 (13 lessons): Software Features, Scan Analysis, and Reports
  • Course 2 (12 lessons): Health Assessments and Body Composition

Staff who complete training will be equipped to operate the Styku scanner, interpret body composition results, and use the Styku Studio software effectively.

If Your Certification Email Is Missing

After completing a course, you should receive a certificate by email automatically. If it hasn't arrived within a day or two, check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you completed all required steps and received a confirmation screen. If the email still hasn't arrived, contact support through the Styku Business Portal and ask them to resend your certification — include the course name, completion date, and any confirmation number shown on screen.

Can't Log In to the Business Portal?

Use the email address associated with your Styku purchase. If unsure which email was used, check your original Styku order confirmation. Use Forgot Password on the portal login page to reset your credentials. If you still cannot access the portal, contact support with your business name and purchase email address.

Healthpass Partner Certification

If your location intends to offer Healthpass products and services — including Preventative Body Scans, digital health screens, and integrated at-home blood testing kits — additional certification is required. Becoming an official Healthpass Provider location requires completing three steps in order:

  1. Get certified — Complete the required Healthpass Partner Certification training
  2. Apply — Submit an application to become a Healthpass Provider location
  3. Get approved — Receive approval to activate your location as an official Healthpass Provider

All three steps must be completed before a location can offer Healthpass products and services to clients.


If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your Business Portal account email address, the names and email addresses of the staff members you are trying to enroll, and a description of where in the process you are getting stuck.
