Can I turn off the feature that automatically sends a Summary Report to my clients after each scan?

By default, after every scan a summary report is sent by email to the person who was scanned. Follow these steps to turn that feature off:

Step 1: Open the Styku software and choose View Profiles. When prompted, enter your PIN code.

Step 2: Choose the Settings option

Step 3: Scroll down the list until you see the Reports and Sharing section. Choose that option.

Step 4: Switch the "Auto-Send Summary Report" setting to off by pressing the red switch on the right. It will turn grey when the setting is turned off.

You can now close the Settings window. After scanning, a Summary Report will no longer be sent. Note that the customer will still be sent an email with a link to download the Styku mobile app.
