Can I customize how often Styku sends automatic scan reminder emails to my clients?
At this time, Styku Studio V5 does not allow you to customize the frequency of automatic scan reminder emails sent to your clients. This is a known feature request that has been submitted to our development team for consideration in a future update.
What You Can Expect Right Now
- Automatic reminder emails are sent to your scanned clients on a fixed schedule that cannot currently be changed through the software.
- There is no setting in Styku Studio or the Styku Business Portal to adjust how often these emails go out.
What We're Doing About It
We have received and logged requests from customers who want more control over email notification frequency — for example, sending reminders every three months instead of every month. This feedback has been formally submitted to our product team for review. We cannot confirm a timeline for when this feature will be available.
What You Can Do In the Meantime
If the current email frequency does not fit your practice, the best step is to contact our support team and add your voice to this feature request. The more customers who request it, the higher priority it receives.

- Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
- Open a support ticket using the ticket form.
- Describe your preferred notification schedule and how it fits your practice's needs.
