Can I choose what scan/progress report pages are sent to a client after a scan?

Yes. You can control which pages appear in the scan report and progress report PDFs sent to clients.

Steps

  1. Open Styku Studio and choose View Profiles, then enter your PIN.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Find and select Reports and Sharing.
  4. Press Advanced and log in using your administrator account.
  5. Inside Advanced settings, find Progress Report Pages and Scan Report Pages.
  6. Open either section to see a list of available pages. Toggle individual pages on or off to add or remove them from the report.

Changes apply to all reports sent from the software going forward.

If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: your Styku Studio software version and which pages are not appearing or are incorrectly included in reports.
