About The Panelists

Adam Zeitsiff, Chief Information Officer at Gold’s Gym

Adam has 22 years of experience as a senior-level technology executive, including 13 years in the fitness industry.  He brings a wealth of infrastructure, software, technology and management skills to the Gold’s Gym team.  Adam draws upon his previous C-Level experience operating multiple technology companies to deploy software and technology solutions that drive business growth, improve profits and increase customer engagement.  He was recognized as a “CEO of the Year” recipient by the Long Island Business News in 2015, and currently holds multiple Board positions in various early-stage software companies.  Adam is also very involved in multiple charity organizations and has a passion for animal rescue and fostering.

Kent Lehnhoff, Executive Vice President of North American Franchise, UFC Gym

Kent serves as UFC Gym’s EVP of North American Franchise and President of the dotFIT fitness and nutrition program. Kent’s career launched in 1988 as a co-developer, sales leader and marketing leader for first computerized fitness and nutrition program, Nutritionalysis, with intent to have it used by members of Gold’s Gym. Kent left Gold’s Gym in 1994 and co-founded Apex Fitness, launching a new platform in various health clubs. He lead the installation of the product in 600 locations, accruing over $10 million in revenue. Kent is highly involved in various industry organizations in addition to his current positions in UFC Gym and dotFIT. Currently, he resides on the board for the Personal Training Academy Global and Personal Training on the Net.

Nathan Jespersen, Anytime Fitness, Owner

Nathan Jespersen is a fitness entrepreneur who owns 6 Anytime Fitness centers, a fitness technology company called Wellbeats, and a fitness content company called Trumi - all under the umbrella of a venture capital firm called Community Ventures.  I'm a husband and a father of 2 beautiful girls.  I spend my free time boating on the St. Croix and Mississippi River, or working, and sometimes both together...because; why not?

Grant Roberts, Celebrity Trainer, Grant Roberts Fitness

Grant Roberts is one of Hollywood’s most sought after personal trainers, nutritionists and lifestyle coaches. He received worldwide recognition for his transformation of actress Hilary Swank for her Academy Award winning role in the film Million Dollar Baby packing on twenty-three pounds of muscle in just nine weeks. Consultant to the former Surgeon General, Roberts’s is a world-renowned fitness innovator, consultant, spokesperson and consumer educator / advocate. He has designed and built numerous gyms on four continents and heads his two foundations Healthy Student Bodies, and Healthy and Fit Communities. Training out of his private Beverly Hills studio ‘Granite Gym’, Grant’s clients include the Hollywood elite, leaders of industry and world champion athletes.

 Gary Vitti, Special Advisor, Los Angeles Lakers

Gary Vitti has worked in the health care field for over 35 years and the last 32 he has been the Head Athletic Trainer for the storied Los Angeles Lakers.  During his tenure with the team he has worked with basketball hall of fame greats Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, James Worthy, Shaquille O’Neal , Jamaal Wilkes and future hall of famer Kobe Bryant  to name a few. He created the National Basketball Athletic Trainers Association Foundation which during his tenure as chairman was involved with organ and tissue donation, the Miami Project for paralysis and the National Kidney Foundation as well as providing countless scholarships for young athletic training students.  Vitti created the National Athletic Trainers Association Annual Blood Drive (now named in his honor) which set records for convention blood drives for the American Red Cross.  He also served on the board of a Window Between Worlds, an organization that uses art as a healing tool for survivors of domestic violence.  He currently is on the advisory board of Teamheal, an organization that provides health care and education as well as scholarships in underserved communities and he is also a strong supporter of the Boys and Girls Club.

Jon Creekmore is the Chief Technology and Security Officer for TrainerMD

TrainerMD is a health and fitness technology company that is bridging the gap between health and fitness by providing body scanning data, in conjuction with other fitness, health, nutrition, and wellness data over a real-time advanced intelligence platform. Jon is a veteran and has worked in the advancement and development of many programs from Special Operations, Weapons of Mass Destruction Response, U.S. Cyber Command, national security and more. Along his career, he has always seen the impacts of health and fitness to individual and collective performance across many spectrums, in addition to the complex problems and challenges many face in overcoming these obstacles. In his personal life, Jon is a Cyber Security Researcher and completing a Ph.D. in Information Technology and Security studying the impacts of Cybersecurity on health and fitness in a world growing more enabled and connected everyday.
